Main meeting room A (Rooms A, B and C):
Accommodates up to 150 auditorium style with a state of the art Bose sound system and wireless microphone capability. LCD projector (with automatic drop down screen) mounted in ceiling that can be connected to your laptop. This space has a divider curtain that can separate the back third of the room if necessary. While this divider curtain can provide some privacy for a break out room, it is not sound proof. Complimentary beverages are available just outside main meeting room at all times.
Smaller meeting rooms and breakout rooms:
Hold up to 10, 15 and 30 people comfortably depending upon room chosen.
Equipped with audio-visual equipment, including: LCD video projector, chart stands, easels, and markers provided at no extra cost.
A variety of set ups are available in each meeting space:
Tables and chairs in a U shape or class room style
Round or rectangular tables available
Chairs and tables in any configuration
